21) Blk 78 Guan Chuan Street: the builtin Air Raid Shelter

Blk 78 Guan Chuan Street has an Air Raid Shelter that is located at its back. It was built between 1938 and 1941. It was Singapore's first public Air Raid Shelter in a public housing project.
